I've loved every recipe I've tried from Gluten Free Goddess over the past couple of years. The first time I made these was for MovementU Stanford in January and they've been a hit ever since. They can be made GF or Vegan. Either way they are delicious. I add a few extra blueberries to the mix as well as one on the top of each muffin (face-up) after pouring them. I also sprinkle some raw oats over the top of each just before putting them in the oven. True, muffins aren't for every day, but they're a fun treat! For the recipe click HERE and enjoy!
