One-on-one sessions are a very time efficient and powerful way to discuss one's personal performance and tailor solutions designed to create positive change quickly. As it's not always possible to meet in person, Skype video is a great option.
Cost: $60 for 60-minute session + $80 for a 90-minute session

You'll receive a questionnaire with a few questions to answer prior to the session so time is maximized during the session. Discussion will be limited to topics related to multisport endurance performance including but not limited to:
- Movement-based training strategies
- Multisport performance programming
- Specific movement dysfunctions
- Sport-specific technique (swim, bike, run)
